Location:         Sebastopol, CA

We are seeking a financial project coordinator to:

  • Assist with vendor management
  • Sales Forecasting
  • Inventory Purchasing
  • Review of product samples
  • Receiving inventory
  • Oversee multi-state sales tax compliance
  • Assist with product safety testing

Perform the following bookkeeping activities:

  • Daily transaction entry
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Payroll, payroll deposits, payroll returns
  • Invoicing
  • A/R, A/P
  • Purchase order entry
  • *Develop protocols for near-term outsourcing of bookkeeping

The ideal candidate will:

  • be able to independently learn and retain new procedures
  • be efficient and detail-oriented
  • have work experience and be proficient with Quickbooks and Excel
  • be familiar with general accounting principles
