Black Friday Sale Complete Guide
We are overflowing with Gratitude and can’t wait to share it with YOU! Our Gratitude Sale begins November 14th with some of our best-selling items discounted by up to 70%. Here are a few helpful tips to keep in mind as you enjoy our sale:
Modifying Orders
Orders cannot be modified so please carefully review your order before submitting it. As our fulfillment team is working hard to get your orders shipped as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill cancellation requests
Combining Orders
We appreciate that our customers are mindful of the environment and often ask to combine orders to save on shipping materials. However, during busy sale periods we have too high a volume of orders to be able to combine them.
International Orders
We recommend that customers outside of the U.S. place their orders no later than November 20th for the best chance of delivery before December 25th. We recommend selecting UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping at checkout for the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Discount Codes
During our Gratitude Sale no discount codes are applicable to items on sale. Sale prices are not applicable retroactively to past orders.
Fulfillment Times
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
The shipping time that you are estimated at checkout only pertains to the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping takes approximately 4-7 business days, but please anticipate delays with USPS during the months of November through December. Priority shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days.
Customer Care Inquiries
Please note that our Customer Care Team responds to all emails within the order that they came in, and may need more than our standard 1 business day to reply to the high volume of emails we receive during sale times. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Stock
Our supplies are limited and we expect to sell out of many styles very quickly. If something that you like is out of stock, sign up on the product listing page to be notified when it is available! We expect a mini-restock 11/22
