Holiday Returns Policy
- We are temporarily extending our return policy to accommodate returns on items gifted during the Holidays.
- Until January 18th 2021, we will accept returns on orders placed on or after November 18th, 2020. After January 18th, we will return to our regular 30 day returns window.
- To initiate a return, follow the link below. You will need to provide the order #, located in the top right corner of your packing slip, and the recipient’s zip code. Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable, with the exception of defective products. Seconds items and gift cards are non-refundable - if you have any issues with your Seconds item or bag, you can reach out to our Customer Care team directly at email@example.com
- Large wooden toys (Play Frames, Wavee Boards, Wooden Hoops, and Play Houses) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- All returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached and intact.
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping for returns, unless you are returning a defective item or an item that was sent to you in error.
- Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
Orders placed with store credit or gift card can only be refunded in store credit.
- Any issues or discrepancies with your order must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the order's delivery
