We happily accept returns that are initiated within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable, with the exception of defective products. Seconds items and gift cards are non-refundable - if you have any issues with your Seconds item or bag, you can reach out to our Customer Care team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
All returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached and intact.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping for returns, unless you are returning a defective item or an item that was sent to you in error.
Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
Orders placed with store credit or gift card can only be refunded in store credit.
