Return Policy

We happily accept returns that are initiated within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable, with the exception of defective products. Seconds items and gift cards are non-refundable - if you have any issues with your Seconds item or bag, you can reach out to our Customer Care team directly at info@sarahssilks.com

  • All returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached and intact.
  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping for returns, unless you are returning a defective item or an item that was sent to you in error.
  • Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
  • Orders placed with store credit or gift card can only be refunded in store credit.
  • Any issues or discrepancies with your order must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the order's delivery
