Christmas Shipping Deadlines
Our final cutoff for the year is December 21st for orders placed before 11am PST via expedited 2 day shipping for US orders. Orders placed after this time are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
Service Level Cutoffs:
- Standard - December 15th
- Expedited 3 Day - December 18th
- Expedited 2 Day - December 21st
We typically ship orders within 2 business days after you place your order.
Our Standard shipping method takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
FREE shipping in the US on orders over $99
Orders eligible for free shipping will ship with USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class or UPS ground (up to 7 business days). Playstands and Playforts are excluded from free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
International
Yes, we can ship to your country!
To find out the cost to ship, simply add items to your cart, provide your shipping address and it will calculate for you.
Some items are not available to ship internationally.
When Can I Expect My Order, Shipping to a Country Outside of the US?
International shipping times are longer for some countries. If it has been 45 days since your order shipped and there are no new tracking updates provided by the carrier, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.
DUTIES AND TAXES
We do collect duties and taxes at checkout for orders shipping internationally. This helps prevent your order from being stuck in customs due to unpaid duty.
We can't help you with customs and duty taxes on your end as these vary per country and are not within our control. If you are worried about this please order from a local company or check to see your country's tax rules.
