A beautiful birthday tradition

My daughter attends a Montessori school and we do Waldorf at home. This silk is a beautiful representation of “the Earth goes around the sun,” and we love adding it to our birthday tradition.
We made the little felt Earth from
Sarahs blog and it was a wonderful sensory pairing. I think these would make great gifts for any child.

The artwork on the Around the Year mini silk is so lovely, with deeply saturated colors and attractive details like the spring flowers and a lovely butterfly. Lightweight and Unbreakable

I purchased Sarah’s Silks for gifts. Living in Alaska with postage only going up, items need to be lightweight. Plus, as many items as possible need to be unbreakable. With something like silk and art, this grandma can still send a tangible gift.
