Discount Code & Sale Pricing Terms

We love sharing special offers with our Sarah's Silks family. These terms apply to all promotional codes, sales, and special pricing on sarahssilks.com.

Discount codes do not work on Flash Sale items. Flash Sale prices are already our best prices, so no discount code of any kind can be applied to them.

Discount Codes

  • One code per order. Only one discount code can be applied per order unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. Codes cannot be combined or stacked.
  • Eligible items only. Each code applies only to the products, collections, or order types named in the offer. If an item is not eligible, the code will not apply to it at checkout.
  • Sale items. Unless an offer says otherwise, codes may not apply to items that are already marked down.
  • Bundles and sets. Bundles and sets are already priced below the cost of their individual pieces, so many codes do not apply to them.
  • Non-Sarah's Silks products. Products from partner brands sold on our site may be excluded from promotions.
  • Expiration and limits. Codes are valid only for the dates, uses, and minimum spend stated in the offer. Expired codes cannot be reinstated.
  • Personal codes. Codes issued to a specific person (welcome codes, employee codes, creator and affiliate codes) are for that person's use only and may not be shared, posted, or resold.
  • No cash value. Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, and cannot be applied to gift cards, shipping, or taxes unless stated.
  • Codes must be entered at checkout. Codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Sale Pricing

  • Sale prices are for a limited time. Sale and Flash Sale prices apply only during the stated sale period and while supplies last.
  • No price adjustments. We do not offer price adjustments on past orders. This applies if an item goes on sale, a new promotion launches, or a code becomes available after your purchase.
  • Quantities may be limited. We may limit quantities on sale items.
  • Pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or a code works in a way we did not intend, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order or the affected items.

Our Rights

Sarah's Silks may change, suspend, or end any promotion or code at any time without notice. We may also cancel orders that misuse a code or violate these terms. Offers are void where prohibited.
