We are so happy to share our Moomin x Sarah’s Silks collection, inspired by Tove Jansson’s beloved world — a place that has quietly held generations of children (and grown-ups) in its gentle wisdom.
In Moominvalley, stories unfold in simple ways:
a picnic, a wander, a moment of courage, a return home.
These are the same rhythms we hold dear in children’s play — open-ended, imaginative, and deeply nourishing.
Our new collection invites children to step into that world…
to wrap themselves in softness,
to create their own stories,
and to discover that creativity itself is a kind of healing.

We have a Nordic cultural center near where I live and I love the Moomin stuff they have in the gift shop- but it’s all meant for adults (mugs and collectibles such). I would love to have some Moomin imaginative play items for my little guy! Imaginative play is so important for development- and I say that as a former preschool teacher. It teaches not only creativity, but resilience, strength, empathy and kindness!

Seeing that you’ve shared a Moomin collection has warmed our hearts! We’ve been fans since our son Callum was born, and we love how the sweet and silly characters help to soothe us all when toddlerhood and everyday life overlap to cause a bit of chaos.
