These are the same rhythms we hold dear in children’s play — open-ended, imaginative, and deeply nourishing.
Our new collection invites children to step into that world…

and to discover that creativity itself is a kind of healing.

When I first read the Moomintroll books I was traveling to Sweden with my family to visit my grandparents. They had Moominlamd Midwinter waiting for me. The book came alive to me in a whole new way. Sweden is such a magical place, and the Moomins felt real to me. I saw them peeking behind trees on our walks in the woods, laughing while we got chased by swans, and going fishing with us while we were fishing on the lake. I have started reading this book series to my three girls and I’m just enchanted to see them also peek in this magical world, that I did as a little girl. I’m so grateful you have brought the Moomins to all kids especially in America where they aren’t as well known! Thank you!

Imaginative play is an important part of childhood. I remember playing with my dolls when i was little and pretending to be a doctor. I ended up going to nursing school instead but I believe that childhood play helped shape my future! I’m excited to nurture this play with my little one as well

I love love watching the imaginative play my kids come up with using the play silks! I’ve seen the silks be water, fire, scarves, belts, capes, snake nests, and so much more! It’s so fun to watch them build their play world.
